Cancellation and Payment Policy

1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions about cancellations, date changes, and payment obligations for services provided by 3G’s Fruitt Ice.

2. Agreement
By making the first payment, customers agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

• This payment confirms acceptance of the contract, including agreed-upon payments, dates, times, and locations.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing by 3G’s Fruitt Ice management.
  • If payments are divided into two installments:
  • The initial payment is due at booking.
  • The final payment is due two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
  • Once a payment is made, the customer handles the full balance, regardless of cancellation.

4. Cancellations

  •  If a cancellation occurs for any reason after the first payment has been made, the customer is still responsible for the full payment of contracted services.
  • All cancellations must be communicated to 3G’s Fruitt Ice in writing.

5. Date and Time Changes

  • Requests to change the date or time of booked services must be given in writing and will be considered based on availability.
  • If changes cannot be accommodated, or if the customer cancels, the full payment is still due.

6. No Refund Policy

  •  All payments made are non-refundable.
  • Payments are also non-transferable to other dates or services unless specifically agreed to in writing by 3G’s Fruitt Ice management.

7. Agreement to Terms

By going ahead with payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

8. Tax Exemption

  • If the customer claims tax-exempt status, they must provide a valid Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to 3G’s Fruitt Ice before the final payment is due.
  • If exemption documentation is not received, applicable sales tax will be added to the total balance.

Event Booking Process

Step 1: Reach Out
Send us an email or give us a call with your event details. Include your desired date, location, type of event, and expected guest count.


Step 2: Choose Your Desserts
Select from our full menu, including Fruitt Ice, or a custom combination. We can adjust flavors and service format based on your event.


Step 3: Confirm Details
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm our availability and finalize your menu, arrival time, and any setup requirements.


Step 4: Event Day Service
Our team arrives on time, sets up the dessert trailer, and serves guests with professionalism and speed. After service, we clean up and pack up—leaving no mess behind.

Service Area

We proudly serve Denton, Texas and surrounding neighborhoods. We do not maintain a dine-in or walk-up location.

If you’re outside Denton but nearby, please contact us to ask about travel availability and fees.

FAQs

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes. For larger or private events, a deposit may be required to hold your date. Full payment details will be provided upon booking.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events during the summer months. Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.

  • Do you serve during the week?

    We are open for public service only on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday bookings may be available for private events or large functions by request.

  • Do you offer on-site tasting or samples?

    We do not offer on-site tastings, but flavor menus and custom options can be reviewed prior to booking. All items are made using real fruit and natural ingredients.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule?

    Yes, you can reschedule based on 3G's  Fruitt Ice's availability. Deposit is not refundable or transferable. Please see Policies and Procedures for more details
